I was inspired to create this blog to express my thoughts and life story about building an authentic relationship with God as a young adult. When you give your life to Christ, you are born into a new kingdom. Your soul becomes alive and the blood of Jesus washes away every curse from the past or present.
I am so excited to start this journey connecting with you. The name ‘Far From a Curse’ has been a part of my life for over ten years. A HUGE shout-out to my childhood best friend Eboni who is very creative and witty. This name was initially a play on words on my actual middle name, Blessing. It was the title of my first Instagram, twitter, blogger, snapchat and aim/yahoo messenger accounts.
Galatians 3:13-14NLT, “13 But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.”[g] 14 Through Christ Jesus, God has blessed the Gentiles with the same blessing he promised to Abraham, so that we who are believers might receive the promised[h] Holy Spirit through faith.”
This site caters to young adults who desire to fight for their relationship with God daily. It is also created for people who do not know God personally and would like to know what it looks like to live your life for Him.

When you give your life to Christ, YOU are Far From the Curse of sin placed on you from the beginning of time. It does not matter if you have been a disciple for 10 years or 10 days let us grow together! WE are Far From the Curse. WE are free. WE are HIS.
