TOP 8 Worship Songs for 2018
December 26, 2018

Hey guys!
As we wrap up this year, I want to share my favorite worship songs for this year. I usually share a worship song with a scripture and insight weekly on my Instagram and Facebook page, so check that out when you get a chance! Next year I plan on writing a couple blog posts talking about the importance of worship and the reason why we do it. I started #WorshipWednesday because I absolutely love praise and worship music from contemporary to rap. Any song lifting up the name of Jesus or encouraging others is my favorite.
The list below is my TOP 8 worship songs for this year with a scripture to match. Enjoy!
1. "Not Lucky, I'm Loved" - Jonathan McReynolds
"We love each other because he loved us first." 1 John 4:19 NLT
2. "Pray and Don't Worry" -G.I.
"Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus."
Philippians 4:6-7 NLT
3. "All I Need" - Brian Courtney Wilson
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take." Proverbs 3:5-6 NLT
4. "Made a Way" - Travis Greene
"Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.”" Matthew 19:26 NLT
5."Work It Out" - Tye Tribbett
"And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." Romans 8:28 NLT
6. "You Make Me Brave" -Amanda Cook & Bethel Music
"So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”" Deuteronomy 31:6 NLT
7. "Glorious Day" - Passion
"The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it." John 1:4-5 NLT
8. "You Will Win" - Jekalyn Carr
"So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing."
1 Thessalonians 5:11 NLT
